Please wait until your entry has been confirmed by the secretary of the meeting before ordering your transponder

If for any reason one or more of the meetings you have hired a transponder for is cancelled, your PayPal payment will be refunded.

If the meeting is changed to a different date a transponder will be reserved for you for the revised date - if you cannot attend the meeting on the new date your PayPal payment will be refunded

If you have a valid reason for not attending a meeting that you have hired a transponder for (e.g. injury) your PayPal payment will be refunded providing you let us know in advance of the meeting

If you do not complete your payment when you are taken to the PayPal site, no transponder will be reserved for you!
