The first event in 2012 for the Sudbury Motor Cycle Club is its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 25th January at the Wagon & Horses Acton Square Sudbury starting at 8pm. Everyone is welcomed and it is hoped for another good turn out from its membership of 220. On the following Saturday 28th January is its Annual Awards and Celebration Evening at The Bull Hotel Long Melford.

The first competitive event is the Endurothon on Sunday 11th March at Foxborough Quarry Sible Hedingham which is a test of stamina and endurance for all the riders over six hours and the infamous bogs will be included in the course. The Regulations have been submitted to the Local Governing Body of the ACU and will appear in the February edition of the Eastern Centre Gazette.

The next event is the Dave Roper Memorial Moto Cross on Sunday 15th April at the historic course of Tye Farm Great Cornard which in April 1962 had an attendance of nearly 10,000 spectators. The Sudbury Club are promoting a further five meetings at different venues over the rest of 2012.
