About Supercross

Motocross with attitude! Supercross is held in stadiums or arenas on short purpose-built tracks with many jumps and other features to test the riders.

Supercross events are heldduring the evening in the winter months and, almost without exception, the participants are regular motocross competitors throughout the summer

Until 2006 supercross was almost soley the preserve of the top few motocrossers in the country, competing against invited riders from around the world in large indoor arenas. In the December 2006 the ACU introduced the British Outdoor Supercross Championship in an attempt to give other riders, both youth and adult, a chance to sample this exciting motocross derivative.

All of the rounds were held at the Norfolk Arena in King's Lynn, with assistance from Eastern Centre ACU officials
