With just under a month to go before the Sudbury Motorcycle Club Annual Extreme Enduro at Foxborough Quarry,Sible Hedingham Essex CO9 3AN on the 27th December the hard working committee have been making good use of heavy plant after the long hot summer and the course has begun its annual transformational facelift to entice the usual far-flung visitors from the comfort of their sofas during the quiet Christmas holiday period. The revamped, new and repositioned obstacles from last year including the Ross Noble logs, bog and the stairway to heaven are sure to test even the most hardened extreme competitors on this, the only Eastern Centre Extreme track available. Since Sudbury Motorcycle clubs first extreme in 2015 with member Jamie Roper taking the win, it has been left to Charlie Frost to take the chequered flag on all other events since then – Will we see a new winner and title holder for 2022?
With entries open on the ACU website for this 2 hour Adult event with classes for Pro Expert Clubman & Trials riders - 10am start and a shortened easier youth 1 hour event for junior age 12-16 riders with finisher medals for all, it is guaranteed to blow away the cobwebs and get your blood pumping after a few days of over indulgence.
Spectators welcome for a great day of entertainment at £7.50 entry per head, (limited car parking so please travel together where possible) there is hot food and drinks available on the day wellies and warm clothing advisable!
