The Centre have become aware of a change that relates to trials but may also affect other disciplines.
When using the Sport:80 platform to enter trials events some riders have been offered an additional insurance as shown in the screen shot below.
The Centre were not notified of this insurance in advance but Head Office advise that it is an innovation from Sport:80 Limited and they are awaiting full details themselves.
We understand that essentially it is an optional insurance cover that the rider can choose to take out on entries to events and it doesn’t affect the organiser in any way. It is basically an insurance that would refund a riders entry fee etc in certain situations if they choose to take out some additional cover.
