Centre Announcements

  • Youth Beginners Trials Championship
The February Centre Gazette included the proposed rounds of the inaugural Youth Beginners Trials Championship including provisionally the E&SB MCC trial on April 28th. This will now not be a championship round and will be replaced by the Lowestoft trial on August 11th (the event remains a round of the “B” class championship and as usual at our clubs’ events all adult & youth classes are welcome). All other information in the February Gazette remains correct, the championship will remain at six rounds with a rider’s best five scores counting.
It should be noted that at a recent ACU-EC Trials Committee Call it was decided that, at least for Youth Beginners Championship rounds, the route below white route should be marked with ideally orange markers, if this is not possible a new colour not already used, but all markers for this route should have a clear black cross. This will be reviewed at the 2024 Trials Forum.

  • 2024 National Sporting Code, Standing Regulations & other documents
Following on from the ACU Head Office decision to remove these documents from the ACU web site please note that the documents are now available from Sport 80 under the heading of “Resource Center”
